Staining Project In Morganton, GA
Just recently Lopez Painting was given the opportunity to show our skills in painting and staining by completing this project in Morganton, GA. Our team of professionals provided excellent service on this customers home. We first started out by pressure washing the home to remove any mildew or debris from the areas that were going to be stained and painted. After the home was pressure washed, we waited for a couple of days for the cabin to dry so the stain could be applied properly. We used a product called Structures Wood Care which is a two coat process and it makes the stain be applied even through out the wood. This product is sold by Sherwin Williams Paint store and it is a two coat process.
After the house was pressure washed, we applied the first coat of stain on the house. Once the house and decks had the first coat of stain, we applied the second coat once everything had dried from the first coat. The house had brown trim. The trim was painted with brown gloss paint. Once the staining and painting was completed, we went into final phase which included caulking and cleaning windows. The caulking took pace were we believed water could go through and affect any wood from being damaged. Once the caulking was complete, we scraped and cleaned all the windows to make sure all the over spray from the stain was removed. After the job was 100% completed, our customer was completely happy with the work we had provided and couldn’t believe how great the results were after the cabin was completed. If you are interested in attaining work like this for your North Georgia home, don’t hesitate to call the professionals at Lopez Painting today.
