House Painting In Ellijay, GA
Just recently Lopez Painting was given the opportunity to show our skills in painting this wonderful house for a customer in Ellijay, GA. Our team of professionals provided excellent service on this customers home. We first started out by pressure washing the home and decks to remove any mildew or debris from the areas that were going to be stained and painted. After the home was pressure washed, we waited for a couple of days for the house to dry so the paint could be applied properly. We used Sherwin Williams Superdeck, which is a solid stain and it is really great for cedar sided homes. The solid stain makes the house look like paint was applied but in reality it is a stain that penetrates into the wood for long lasting. With this product you don’t see any wood knots.
After the house was pressure washed, we caulked all the areas that needed to be caulked before applying the solid stain to the house. Once the house was prepared properly, we applied the stain to the house. This process took about 3 full days. Once the house had the stain applied to, the professionals at Lopez Painting completed the trim by applying semi-gloss white paint. The decks were stained using the same SuperDeck but in a semi-transparent finish. Once the staining and painting was completed, we went into final phase cleaning windows. This includes scraping and cleaning all the windows to make sure all the over spray from the solid stain was removed. After the job was 100% completed, our customer was completely happy with the work we had provided and couldn’t believe how great the results were after the house was completed. If you are interested in attaining work like this for your North Georgia home, don’t hesitate to call the professionals at Lopez Painting today.
